1. Acceptance of Terms

HH Solar Manager ("we", "us", "our") provides a solar monitoring platform that integrates with Home Assistant ("Service"). By registering for an account, accessing, or using the Service you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these terms you must not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

4. Subscription Plans & Billing

HH Solar Manager offers the following plans:

• Free – £0/month. Solar monitoring with hourly data collection.
• Solar Plus – £4.99/month. 30-minute data collection and Octopus Energy integration.
• Solar Pro – £9.99/month after a 14-day free trial. 10-minute data collection, Octopus integration, and priority support.

Free Trial: New subscribers to Solar Pro receive a 14-day free trial. No charge is made during the trial period. At the end of the trial your subscription will automatically renew at £9.99/month unless you cancel before the trial expires.

Auto-renewal: Paid subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly basis. You authorise us to charge your payment method on file at the start of each billing period.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via the Billing page. Your access to paid features will continue until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Your card details are never stored on our servers.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its related systems.
• Transmit any malware, viruses, or other harmful code.
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the Service in bulk.
• Resell or sublicence the Service without our express written consent.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and all content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to software, text, graphics, and logos) are and will remain the exclusive property of HH Solar Manager and its licensors.

7. Data & Privacy

We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service you consent to such collection and processing. Your Home Assistant URL and access token are stored securely and are used solely to retrieve solar telemetry on your behalf.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Solar monitoring data is presented for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any data displayed. Do not make financial or operational decisions based solely on data from the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HH Solar Manager shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email or by a prominent notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
